Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered between 3-8 working days, we will communicate with you via email and SMS to keep you informed about the status of your order. However, due to the current situation, you may experience a slight delay in some orders. If your product does not arrive in the given time frame, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to assist you.
Our products are stored in warehouses located in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe. We choose the fastest shipping route to deliver the products to our customers.
We ship out the products via UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx and provide tracking details once a product is sent out.
Once the product is shipped, we will send you the tracking details via email and SMS so that you can track your order and stay updated with the progress of your shipment. Alternatively, you can also check the shipping status on our tracking page.
In case you’re not available at the arrival time, please do notify someone to pick it up and sign the order for you or just contact the courier service to reschedule the shipment.
In Case of Damage/Defect:
We make every effort to provide you with high-quality flawless products. However, if on a rare instance the item is damaged during the shipment process, you can initiate the exchange process with our easy return and exchange policy.
