1. How do I order and pay for products?
You can order by selecting any product from our website. Then, select sizing and click add to cart. Jacket NYC accepts PayPal, Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover Cards for Payments.
As long as the item is not shipped, you can make changes in your order(s). Please send your order number(s) to our customer service for correction.
Your complete order details ( price of each item, order number, and shipping charges) will be sent to you via email.
4. Is ordering online secure?
To secure and protect your privacy, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) that provides end to end encryption. We use Paypal which is one of the best-secured payment options available.
Any product you purchase from our store normally takes 4-8 business days to deliver.
6. Do you ship orders worldwide?
We ship worldwide except Israel, Russia, and APO/FPO addresses, for further queries, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within a few minutes.

9. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified with the tracking details through an email. You can also track your order on Track Your Order Page.
Order cancellation requests can be placed within (1) day of order (If not Shipped) or will result in flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item’s amount. If the product is in transit, then you have to receive and apply for a return.

Custom made to measure sizes are available.
13. Is your size guide in centimeters or inches?
It’s available in both. Please see our size guide page.
You can apply your given code while completing the order at the checkout page. Make sure to use CAPITAL LETTERS.
15. Do I need to pay the courier?
No! Locations where we provide Free Shipping (US, UK, Canada) does not required to pay for shipping.
As we provide free shipping at our own cost, we are unable to pay for returning item(s).
